Easy Ways to Keep an Individual Mentally Healthy

Life is beautiful. There are so many factors which influence human beings.  Philosophical, Psychological, Sociological, Spiritual, Political, Technological and Economic aspects have a pivotal role in the all-round development of an individual. Mental health is very important along with physical health for happy and healthy life. At present, we are living in the high-stress world. There is an urgent need to concentrate on our mental health. Many valuable ancient Indian scripts are stressing the need for mental health and various ways to keep an individual mentally healthy.

          I have presented a paper entitled “Bhagavad Gita: An Encyclopaedia of Mental Health Education” along with Dr. Franki Rani at an international conference organized by the Dept. of Education, NEHU, Shillong. I would like to share my PPT for the benefit of others. Please go through it and take whatever you feel good for your mental health.

          The Worth Health Organization (WHO) has defined health: “Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity”. Please give equal importance to physical health and mental health for your well-being.
